G.e.i.e - European Group of Economic Interest , is a new form of European transnational cooperation and partnership which allows private and public Institutions and Corporations to practise together some activities in order to participate in the programmes of the European Community.
G.e.i.e is the result of a legal contract where several subjects (partners) join their forces in a flexible and successful way. Every participant, after signing the contract and contributing its own economic, once that the goals to achieve in Communitarian matter have been determined, can work on his own Mission taking care only of the monitoring and control phases by G.e.i.e.
From that moment G.e.i.e. works independently, together with the associated partners, aiming at the achievement of the goal fixed in advance.
